This Privacy Policy outlines the procedure for gathering, processing, storing, and protecting personal data and confidential information of client companies that use the Akatosh services.

Information Collection and Use

We collect only the data necessary for processing orders, concluding contracts, and providing technical support for the supply of industrial equipment:

  • Name of the legal entity / Full name of the Individual Entrepreneur (FOP), USREOU code (EDRPOU) / TIN (IPN), legal and physical addresses of the enterprise.
  • Contact details of authorized individuals (Full name, phone numbers, email addresses).
  • Technical data (information regarding ordered specifications, cable system volumes, and equipment parameters).

Purpose of Data Processing

All received data is used exclusively for:

  • Preparing primary accounting documentation and supply contracts.
  • Organizing international and domestic logistics (transferring data to partner transport companies).
  • Technical consultations and maintenance services.

Information Protection

Akatosh implements advanced commercial security and encryption standards to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. We never transfer your information to third parties, except in cases directly related to order fulfillment (for example, to customs brokers or logistics services).

Warranty and Returns

Akatosh supplies exclusively certified industrial equipment and cable systems that meet high international quality standards.

Warranty Obligations

  • An official manufacturer’s warranty is provided for all industrial equipment and cable-conductor products.
  • The warranty period depends on the product category and the specific equipment model, which is recorded in the technical data sheet or the supply contract.
  • The warranty covers defects and malfunctions caused by the manufacturer’s fault, provided that the client complies with the installation, operation, and maintenance rules.

Complaints and Returns (for Legal Entities)

Since interaction with clients takes place in the B2B segment, the return and exchange procedure is regulated by the Economic Code of Ukraine and the terms of the signed contract:

  • Cargo acceptance: The client is obliged to check the integrity, completeness, and compliance of the products with the agreed specification directly upon receipt at the facility from the logistics company.
  • Identification of non-conformities: In the event that a manufacturing defect or incompleteness is detected during acceptance, a Certificate of Non-Conformity (complaint report) is drawn up with the participation of representatives from both parties.
  • Remedying defects: Akatosh undertakes to replace the defective product or eliminate the identified defects at its own expense within the shortest possible timeframe agreed upon by the parties.
  • Important: Products of proper quality that were manufactured or cut (cable lines measured to individual length) to the client’s custom order are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Public Offer Agreement

This document is an official public proposal (offer) of the Akatosh company to conclude a purchase, sale, and supply agreement for industrial equipment and components.

Main Provisions

  • Acceptance of the offer: By submitting an application, placing an order through a manager, or paying an Akatosh invoice, the Buyer confirms their full agreement with all the terms of this Agreement (performs acceptance of the offer).
  • Subject of the agreement: The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of industrial equipment, cable systems, or related components to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept this product and pay for it under the agreed terms.
  • Prices and settlements: The final cost of the goods and logistics services is determined in an individual specification or invoice, based on the current currency exchange rate and the order volume.
  • Moment of transfer of rights: The ownership of the goods and the risks of accidental damage transfer to the Buyer at the moment of signing the delivery notes (consignment notes) or transferring the cargo to the first logistics operator (unless otherwise provided by a separate bilateral agreement).
