Payment and Delivery Terms
Akatosh conducts all financial transactions strictly within the legal framework and in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. We offer transparent and flexible financial terms for long-term partnerships with industrial enterprises, construction companies, and other business entities.
Non-cash payments (for legal entities and sole proprietors)

Payment by bank transfer, including VAT
Once the specifications have been approved and the order has been placed, our manager will prepare and send you an invoice. Payment may be made via bank transfer. VAT is included in the price of the goods. -
Document package
A complete set of primary documentation confirming the business transaction is provided along with the goods. The tax invoice (which is registered in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices within the timeframes established by law), as well as technical data sheets and certificates of conformity for the products, are listed and provided separately. -
Electronic Document Management (EDM)
To streamline processes, we actively use electronic document management (EDM) systems (Vchasno, M.E.Doc, etc.) to exchange original documents.
Flexible terms and customized schedules (for regular partners)
For large-scale infrastructure projects, long-term construction projects, or regular bulk purchases of industrial equipment, it is possible to negotiate customized payment terms in the supply contract

Full prepayment (100%)
A standard condition for initial transactions or the supply of exclusive items made to order.

Partial prepayment
Payment in installments (for example, 50% to start production or reserve the goods, and 50% once the goods are ready for shipment).

International Shipping from China (DLX)
The delivery of equipment and components from manufacturing plants in China is handled by our strategic logistics partner, DLX. The contract with Akatosh specifies the terms in a single delivery document, which assigns all delivery obligations to DLX and holds it fully responsible for logistics, including the engagement of carriers.
Specializing in large dimensions:
The transportation of large machine tools, production lines, and massive cable reels and coils is carried out in compliance with all international safety standards for heavy and oversized cargo.
Monitoring at every stage:
DLX provides comprehensive cargo handling services, from the manufacturer’s warehouse through secure container loading, insurance, and transit through transit zones.
Logistics in Ukraine (Door-to-Door Delivery)
We’ve made the process of receiving equipment as simple as possible for our client. You don’t have to handle internal logistics or customs terminals on your own.
Meeting at the border:
If necessary, the cargo is met directly at the Ukrainian border by another specialized logistics partner company.
Direct transportation:
Our partner transportation service promptly accepts oversized cargo and transports it directly to its final destination—your factory, warehouse, or construction site.
Targeting:
The shipment is sent directly to the specified address, which minimizes additional transshipments and the risk of damage to the equipment.
Terms and Cost Calculation
Individual calculation:
The cost and exact delivery times are calculated on a case-by-case basis during the order placement process. They depend on the weight, specific dimensions of the equipment, and the current situation on international transportation routes.
Inclusion in the contract:
All logistics terms, delivery times from China, and the final unloading address in Ukraine are clearly specified in the supply contract.
